Product Description

The DZS-600 Single-Shaft Shredder is a high-capacity industrial shredding machine designed for the size reduction and recycling preparation of plastic, rubber and various industrial waste materials.

The machine uses advanced European technological solutions and is particularly suitable for processing thick-walled, oversized, high-strength and difficult-to-process materials.

With a capacity of up to 600 kg/h, the DZS-600 is suitable for a wide range of industrial waste-processing and recycling applications.

The machine features a 400 mm rotor diameter and 600 mm effective working length. The moving blades are manufactured from DC53, while the fixed blades are made from D2, providing high wear resistance and reliable performance in demanding applications.

A 20 mm screen aperture helps control the output material size.

Working Principle

The DZS-600 shredding system consists of a rotating cutter rotor and fixed blades.

The cutting rotor is built around a main shaft equipped with multiple square-shaped blade blocks.

As the rotor rotates, the material enters the cutting chamber, where the interaction between the rotating and fixed blades cuts and reduces the material.

The 20 mm screen controls the size of the discharged material. The processed material can subsequently be used for further recycling processes such as granulation, extrusion or other material recovery applications.
