ENLILI is an industrial machinery and production equipment company focused on modern technologies for manufacturing, food processing and packaging industries.

Our Story

The idea of ENLILI originated from practical experience in agriculture. In 2016 we started organic farming and soon faced a common problem in agriculture – fruit perishability and low market value during peak harvest seasons.

To increase the value of agricultural products, we decided to process fruits into dried products. However, we could not find drying equipment on the market that would meet the required technical parameters while remaining affordable.

As a result, we developed our own fruit and vegetable drying equipment for internal use. After building and testing the first prototype, we improved the design, optimized the airflow system and achieved reliable drying results.

The technology uses a controlled hot and cold air circulation system, which inspired the name ENLILI — derived from the Sumerian god of wind.
