    🥖 Bread is baked with Georgian flour and natural yeast. Bread is healthy, made by cold fermentation and is useful for people with diabetes.
🌳 The monastery has an agricultural farm, a wheat field, a vineyard, a vegetable garden and an orchard. Various medicinal products are produced with the obtained harvest. Dingel ointment, apple cider vinegar, bee energy, tea.
🛍 All these products are packed. The composition and rules of use are placed on the label.
    🫐Monastery also actively produced various dried fruits in a small dryer in the past years, which could not keep up with ripening fruits and the fruit harvest remained semi-habitable.
