1. General provisions
1.1. This document regulates the relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as the User) and enlili.ge (hereinafter referred to as the Company) arising from the use of courier and shipping services provided on our website. 1.2. Using the Site and ordering any service means that the User has read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. 1.3. Company activities: The Company carries out mediation and/or direct shipping for the timely and reliable delivery of purchased items.
2. Service description and delivery terms
2.1. Service types: The Company offers three main shipping services: standard courier (mail/private delivery) and company shipping (for bulky goods). 2.2. Delivery time: The delivery time varies from 5 hours to 3 calendar days and is determined by the volume, weight and selected tariff of the item. 2.3. Determination of the term: The exact delivery term is notified to the customer when placing the order, taking into account the specifics of the order and the customer's priorities. 2.4. Prohibited cargo: The customer is obliged not to request or send through the company such items that are prohibited for transportation by the legislation of Georgia.
3. Order, payment and cancellation
3.1. Order accuracy: The customer is obliged to provide an accurate delivery address and active contact number. Any costs incurred as a result of incorrect address indication are borne by the customer. 3.2. Price: The cost of the service is calculated in advance and notified to the customer. The indicated price includes only the cost of transportation, unless otherwise agreed. 3.3. Payment: [Write here how the payment is made: in advance, on site to the courier, etc.] 3.4. 4. Limitation of liability

5.1. The Company undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data and use them only to fulfill orders and improve the service, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiations. If negotiations are not possible, the dispute shall be considered by the court.
